"Bhoota Gappa- Part 1" : Watch The Trailer!!
"Bhoota Gappa- Part 2" : Watch The Trailer!!

Tell us more about the success of Bhoota Gappa?

Sure, Bhoota Gappa part 1 was a huge success, I am grateful to all my supporters of JustUtter community, my Odia community across the globe for such warm response. Around 30 copies were sold and it was the best seller in a recent "World Book Fair"held on Pragati Maidan, New Delhi where I was represented via Notion Press stall.

With over 100 copies sold so far, I feel really proud of the success of bringing the mass to read a book after so long.

WOW that's amazing, So What is Part 2 all about?

Bhoota Gappa Part 2 is an extended version of the first part, where the story of Azagka and her siblings continue to be more and more intertwined between parallel worlds where the dark world seems to be overpowering not only the siblings but the whole Shikaar Nagar with an unending curse to ruin it all.

In this part there will be more characters being introduced, more twists and turns of the dark adventures heavily based on the theme from the true "2 min horror stories" of Odisha folklore shared by JustUtter on a regular basis.

Interesting, what do you think will delight the readers the most?

That's a great question, the one thing that will delight my readers the most is for the first time  I have "JustUtter" readers send me their true experiences that I have published as 7 short horror stories via Bhoota Gappa.

You will be surprised how many stories were shared across DMs, chats, emails, voice calls, and I still have some stories that I couldn't publish in this version but like I said the journey still has 5 more books to reveal those stories to the wider crowd.

What do you think the reader is finding in your book compared to other horror books?

I have read many horror books and I am still reading more and more of the books from the similar genre to get some insights into the theme already being covered by new authors like Vajra Chandrasekera, Anita Krishan, Laird Barron and legendary authors like Charles Dickens, Stephen King, Road Dahl, Alfred Hitchcock, Shirley Jackson. But this list is for some other time to discuss in detail.

To your point compared to other horror books, readers will find my book take them closer to their inner spirits, and dig deeper into their past where they have lost their loved ones and had actually found a mental comfort in talking to them, walking with them, even though they aren't physically there.

These stories also can be used as great conversation starter, because I am 99% sure some or the other in the room will have one of their own experiences to share with the wider crowd.

These horror stories are also very unique and shorter than usual, very appt for the generation that likes instant news and AI to manage everything that eases their journey to get upto speed and at par with the changing world.

What are some other books you have been working on or is it just horror at this time?

Actually I did release an Innocent Thoughts series about love during the eve of Valentines Day, which is yet to hit the paperback world in India pretty soon. This book has a lot of love stories, heartfelt conversations, quotes and essays that will make a person's life easier in the land of broken relationships everywhere.

I also published "JustUtter Comics" and "JustUtter Shorts" with mini videos of these horror stories that really helped the younger crowd relate to these stories more comfortably. It even makes the content more kid friendly.

                             JustUtter Comics

Last question, How are you planning to keep up the excitement of the rest of the books with your audience and how has the journey been so far?

Well, for me the biggest motivator is passing authentic content realtime to the reader of JustUtter Books, so that they get first hand information and get it quick. That's why all my 95+ stories are freely available via "JustUtter" website and "JustUtter" page. So even if readers don't want to read a book they can still read the comics, watch the reel and share it to their friend via word of mouth. That is how I have gained visibility so far with my audience growing by the minute.

Any last remarks about your book, any interesting reviews to share or any famous authors that are endorsing your book that you want to share?

I will say the best reviews have come in from lot of enthusiatic readers and reviewers in the form of DMs, chats, emails, calls, but below is the one which gives a clear direction to a reader why they should read it:
" REVIEW: This series does a great job of delivering scares in just a few pages, with some stories wrapping up in as little as one or two pages. The addition of horror poems adds a unique and haunting touch, making the experience even more memorable. The writing is engaging and keeps you hooked without losing its pace. The three bonus stories at the end are the most interesting, leaving a strong impression and rounding off the collection well"

Also I did reach out to a lot of horror book authors, but haven't got a response yet to endorse my book, though I will keep bothering them until I have a yes. My chat below as a proof from "Vajra Chandrasekera" the author of the best seller "Rakesfall".

Interview With The Author Of Bhoota Gappa & 2minhorrorstories

An interview with the author of JustUtter's first ever released horror book series named "Bhoota Gappa". This interview will not only let readers know more about, the origin and inspiration of these horror stories but also the challenges of fear and ruthlessness of the inner soul that unravels the story of the main character "Azagka".  Available Now in both paperback and hardcover Watch The Trailer Now!! Why did you write "2minhorrorstories"?   As an afternoon ritual back in my childhood days, my grandmother used to always narrate us stories about ghosts, witches, and unexplained incidents from her childhood, youth, to her middle age.    Those stories, enabled me to enter into a realm of a parallel dimension, that had some power beyond realism. It created a sense of fear, but at the same time the thrill lingered around for days, turning me into an adventurous soul that pushed my intentions beyond being scared and thus overpowering my inner ...

A Savage Village

Our adventure trip, a group of friends and I, began in a vehicle unlike any other – mine. This marvel of engineering could be both pulled and pushed, adapting to the demands of the terrain. It resembled a monstrous GMC Hummer EV Edition, boasting a staggering 1000 horsepower and a mind-boggling 11,500 lb-ft of torque. Our destination: a remote, ancient village nestled on the fringes of the Bengal border. The journey was a nightmare from the outset. The roads, mere tracks through shifting sand dunes, twisted and turned like a labyrinth as we penetrated the village. The inhabitants, diminutive and unsettling with their pointed teeth, watched our arrival with palpable hostility. Then, disaster struck. One of them, with a chilling ferocity, bit our beloved dog, Toby, inflicting a gruesome wound. Panic seized us. Dr. Dev Kumar, the village veterinarian, resided in a dilapidated cottage at the maze's end. We had to reach him. As we pressed on, the sky turned an omino...
